The front hallway area would have been the sewing area because of the available light from two sides. In the hallway are a Sewing machine collection, a spool chest, a real black bear coat worn when riding in a horse drawn sleigh, and part of the Koeppe Pitcher collection, which includes pressed or pattern glass pitchers.
